Watermelon Juice is a refreshing beverage drink which is very easy to make as it is made with basic ingredients available to us. Also, it gets ready in no time. As I mentioned above it is a refreshing drink which we need more during the summer season and when it comes to juices, children will go for the packaged drinks which contain no nutrition just sugar. Avoid giving them those drinks and prepare such drinks at home which makes hydrated and healthy both.

In summers, watermelon is in high demand, and most people loved it. It has many beneficial benefits as this fruit is a good source of potassium, it keeps you hydrated for a long time, and also it is good for diabetic people too.

We usually serve watermelon cubes sprinkled with black salt but sometimes I made something different from just being eating it. The other watermelon recipes are Watermelon Mojito, Watermelon Ice cream.

 The only hectic part while preparing watermelon juice is to deseed the watermelon cubes but with some tips, it is easy to remove the seeds. Adding Lemon juice, black salt enhances its flavor and nutritional benefits as well.

Also, adding sugar is completely optional as it depends on your sweet buds and the sweetness of the watermelon. Adding mint leaves is completely optional but does not add more than 4-5 leaves otherwise it will degrade the taste of watermelon.

 

Few tips to have a perfect watermelon cooler are: firstly, it tastes best when to serve chilled so you can add ice cubes while making it or you can refrigerate for half an hour. Secondly, removing seeds is compulsory before blending otherwise you have to strain it.

Step by step instructions

  • Take a mixing jar and add watermelon pieces into it.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add black salt.
  • Blend all the things for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer to the serving glass and serve chilled.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Watermelon slices deseed
  • ½ Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Black salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing jar and add watermelon pieces into it.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add black salt.
  • Blend all the things for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer to the serving glass and serve chilled

Notes

1. Take fresh watermelon.
2. Consume juice within 30 minutes of preparation.
3. you can also add ice cubes while serving.
