If we discuss the vegetables, I am using onion, zucchini, tomato, and capsicum but you can opt for any vegetable which is available to you.
The tangy flavor of lemon makes it more lip-smacking. Also, this salad is high in spicy flavors, so for that, you can use finely chopped green chilies.
This easy-to-make salad goes well with drinks too so it is a great option to serve at parties and picnics as well. Now, without any further delay, lets move to the recipe:
Step by step instructions
- Take a bowl, add 1 cup of sweet corn to it.

- To this, add 1 small chopped onion. Followed by 1 medium tomato, 1 small zucchini, and 1/2 small capsicum.

Add salt as per taste.

Along with 1 tsp black pepper powder.

Now, add 1 tbsp of olive oil.

- Give a gentle mix to this so the oil coats everything well.

Add 1 tsp oregano.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sweet corn kernels boiled
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 small zucchini chopped
- 1/2 small capsicum chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt as per taste

Notes
- Add vegetables of your choice like cucumber, broccoli, etc.
