Choco Pops| Chocolate Lollipop
Chocolate Balls: Choco Pops: Chocolate Lollipop- easy and quick recipe for kids.
Basically a dessert made with brown bread, chocolate syrup and roasted dry fruits. These nutty lollipops are the favorite of kids and you can easily make it for them on any special occasion.
This goes well in the birthday parties or any kind of get together. I made it for my little daughter and she loved it.
Talking about the recipe in detail: Here I used brown bread as the base ingredient as it is a much healthy option rather than choosing any kind of cookie or cake. To eliminate the raw flavor of the bread, I used a spoonful of fresh cream.
Next, for the binding, I am using chocolate syrup here alternatively you can use melted chocolate or chocolate ganache as per the availability. The thing which is to be kept in mind is the dough should be soft otherwise the pops become dry from inside.
Lastly, I am coating these pops with melted chocolate. You can opt for any chocolate to coat. Just add a few spoonfuls of cream to the melted chocolate so the chocolate does not dry quickly.
Step by step instructions
Take bread slices and grind them in a mixer jar.
- Add chocolate syrup.
- Also, add roasted and chopped almonds.
- Add fresh cream.
- Knead a soft dough. If required add more chocolate syrup.
- Make balls from the dough.
- Till the time prepare melted chocolate using the double-boiler method.
- Take a pop stick, dip it into melted chocolate.
- Now insert the stick into the ball.
- Now coat the balls with the melted chocolate.
- Decorate it with rainbow sprinkles or as per your choice.
- Likewise, prepare all the choco pops. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Choco Pops are ready to eat. Enjoy with your family and friends.

Ingredients
For balls
- 5 number bread slices
- 1-2 tbsp fresh cream
- 5-6 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 8-10 number almonds roasted & chopped
For coating
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
For decoration
- colorful rainbow sprinkles
Instructions

- To this mixture, add 1 tbsp of fresh cream.
- Followed by chocolate syrup.
- Also, add roasted and chopped almonds.
- Knead a soft dough. If required add more chocolate syrup.
- Make balls from the dough.
- Refrigerate balls for 15-20 minutes.
- Till the time prepare melted chocolate using double-boiler method.
- Insert the stick into pop.
- Take a pop stick, dip it into melted chocolate.
- Now coat the balls with the melted chocolate.
- Decorate it with rainbow sprinkles or as per your choice.
- Likewise, prepare all the choco pops. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Choco Pops are ready to eat. Enjoy with your family and friends.
Notes
• While melting chocolate, make sure to add 1 tablespoon of cream in it. This prevents the chocolate to become thick for a longer time.
