Turmeric Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4-5 drops lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp honey
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 cup of water in a pan. Heat it.
  • Add 1 tsp ginger followed by 1/4 tsp turmeric.
  • Keep the flame high and bring it to boil. As it starts boiling reduce the flame to low- medium and boil for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, off the flame and transfer it in a cup. Allow it to cool slightly for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, add 4-5 drops of lemon juice and 1/ tsp honey.
  • Mix well. Turmeric- Ginger Tea is ready.

Notes

  1. Drink it when it is lukewarm.
  2.  Consume only 1 cup a day.
