Ingredients

Instructions
Take 1 cup of water in a pan. Heat it.
Add 1 tsp ginger followed by 1/4 tsp turmeric.
Keep the flame high and bring it to boil. As it starts boiling reduce the flame to low- medium and boil for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, off the flame and transfer it in a cup. Allow it to cool slightly for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, add 4-5 drops of lemon juice and 1/ tsp honey.
Mix well. Turmeric- Ginger Tea is ready.
Notes
Drink it when it is lukewarm.
Consume only 1 cup a day.
