Vrat Salad | Fasting Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 30 gm makhana foxnut
  • 3/4 cup fresh coconut grated
  • 1 medium potato boiled
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take makhana and soak in water for 10 minutes.
  • Take a bowl, put soaked makhana in it.
  • Now add grated coconut.
  • To this, add vegetables like boiled potato, cucumber, tomato, and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Followed by black pepper powder.
  • Last but not least, add lemon juice to this.
  • Mix all the things nicely.
  • Vrat ka Salad is ready to serve.

Notes

• If you like spicy flavor, add chopped green chilies.
• Also, serve immediately after preparation.
• You can also enjoy this healthy salad in an evening snack.
