Ingredients
  

Fruits Required

  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 1 muskmelon
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 15-20 number green grapes

For Fruit Chaat Masala

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions
 

Preparing Fruit Chaat Masala

  • In a bowl, add salt, black salt.
  • Followed by cumin powder and chaat masala.
  • Also, add garam masala and black pepper powder.
  • Mix all the spices nicely. Fruit Chaat Masala is ready.

Preparing Fruit Chaat

  • Cut all the fruits one by one.
  • Make sure to cut in big slices. If slices were small, then it will become messy when you mix the fruits.
  • Mix all the fruits nicely.
  • Add 2 tsp of fruit chaat masala to it. Mix gently.
  • Fruit Chaat is ready to serve.

Notes

• Do not cut fruits in small pieces.
• Mix nicely. Do not apply force.
• Consume immediately.
