Creamy Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fusilli pasta
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

Boiling Pasta

  • Heat water in a pan.
  • Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil to it.
  • Put 1 cup of pasta to boiling water. Boil it for 6-7 min on low- medium flame.
  • Once done, strain boiled pasta in the strainer so the excess water will drain.

Frying Pasta

  • Heat a pan and add oil to it.
  • Add butter and allow it to melt.
  • As the butter melt, add onion, colorful bell peppers and green peas to this.
  • Mix well. Add salt.
  • Mix again and cook for 2-3 mins or till the vegetable cook 80%.
  • Check-in between for the vegetables and add the sweet corn.
  • Add black pepper powder and red chili flakes to the cooked vegetables.
  • To this, add tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Add cooked pasta to the vegetables. Mix well.
  • At last, add mayonnaise.
  • Mix well. Cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the flame.
  • Creamy Pasta is ready to serve. Serve hot.

Notes

• Add pasta to the boiling water.
• Do not add too much ketchup otherwise pasta becomes sweet.
• After adding mayonnaise cook only for 30 seconds.
• Add vegetables of your choice.
