Monaco Chaat

Monaco Chaat: Biscuit Chaat: easy to make and super tasty evening snack or party snack.

Monaco Chat or Monaco Toppings is one of the most favorite snacks of kids. Even in my childhood I was very fond of this and demand it every 15 days. Now also, I also love to prepare this for my kiddo and she enjoyed it to the fullest.

Have you ever thought about why we only choose Monaco Biscuits to prepare this kind of Chaat?

The reason is the salty flavor of Monaco chaat, it adjusts with the flavors of chaat ingredients. If we use any cookie or cream biscuit, then the sweet flavor will degrade all other flavors.

There are several things which attract us towards this yummy snack:

  • super easy to make, hardly consume any time.
  • children can easily eat the vegetables without any complaint.
  • we can also involve kids while assembling it like they can arrange biscuits on a plate. This way, we share a different kind of bonding with them also and they also feel connected with the food.
  • we can prepare the topping earlier and assemble all the things just before serving.
  • There is no particular topping ingredient, you can choose any ingredient which is available to you.

Points to remember while making:

  • Do not overfill the biscuit with the topping, otherwise, it may spill here and there and disturb the decorum.
  • If you are serving kids then, it is suggested to chop the vegetables finely so they can easily consume.

You can serve it as party snacks, starters, evening snacks, or after school snacks to your kids, family, and friends.

Step by step instructions

  • Arrange the biscuits on a plate.
  • Spread little mayonnaise on it.
  • Place a cheese slice on it. Cut it as per the size of a biscuit.

  • Now add onion, tomato, cucumber, sweet corn.

  • Sprinkle some chaat masala and bhujiya sev namkeen over it.

  • Garnish with tomato ketchup and coriander leaves. Monaco Chaat is ready to grab.
