handful Corainder leaves chopped

Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat a pan, add littleoil to it and add capsicum, beans to it.
Saute it on med-highflame for 2 minutes.
Take it out in a plate& cool it down.
Dough for cutlets
In a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes.
Add grated paneer.
Add chaat masala, salt,coriander leaves, red chili powder, dry mango powder, and Kasuri methi
Add vegetables androasted gram flour.
With the help of yourpalm, mix all the things well and make a dough.
Making Cutlets
Grease your palm with oil and take out aportion from the dough and give it a shape of your choice.
Likewise, prepare all thecutlets.
Frying cutlets
Heat a pan and drizzle oil on it.
Once heated, add cutletson it as per the suitable numbers.
Shallow fry on themedium-high flame from all the sides until golden brown.
Once done, take out onkitchen towel.
Serve in an evening snackwith tea and sauce of your choice. You can also serve it in parties.
Notes
Make sure vegetables must be finely chopped. You can take any vegetables of your own choice.
You can also deep fry kebabs but I personally prefer to shallow fry.
Make sure you fry kebabs on high flame as all the things are already cooked, we just need to give texture to it.
Avoid boiling vegetables as it will degrade the taste and there will be a lot of water in the mixture.
For binding, prefer roasted gram flour only. Corn flour or maida will make the binding tasteless from inside.
