Take a bowl, add boiled sweet potato in it.Mash it properly.
Add powdered jaggery tothis. Mix it.
To this, add wheat flour.
Followed by milk.
Mix this well and formthe lump-free batter.
Give this batter rest for10 minutes.
Add 1 tsp of cardamompowder to this.
Followed by 2 tbsp ofgrated dry coconut.
After 10 minutes, mixwell. If required add water to adjust consistency.
Heat a pan, spread gheeon it.
Take a little portion ofbatter and spread evenly on the pan. Not too thin.
Cover and cook onmedium-high heat for 2 minutes.
Flip the pancake and cookon the other side for 2 minutes.
Transfer pancake on theplate. Likewise, prepare all the pancakes.
Garnish with chocolatesyrup and honey.
