Sweet Makhana Raita

Ingredients
  

  • 10 gm makhana foxnuts
  • 100 gm curd whisked
  • 2 tbsp fresh coconut grated
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp chironji
  • 1 tbsp raisins kishmish
  • 1 tbsp cashews & almonds chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add curd.
  • Add water and whisk it well to give it a smooth texture.
  • Add makhana to it and allow to rest for 15 mins so the makhana soaked very well.
  • Add sugar powder and mix it well.
  • Now, add grated coconut,
  • Followed by chironji, kishmish and chopped dry fruits to it.
  • Mix all the things nicely. Sweet Raita is ready to eat

Notes

1. Make sure the curd should be fresh
2. You can add dry fruits of your own choice.
3. You can replace sugar powder with sugar but make sure it dissolves properly.
4. If making for kids, then make sure to use dry fruits powder rather than dry fruits.
