Ingredients

gm fresh curd beaten

cucumber finely chopped

onion finely chopped
1
medium
tomato finely chopped

tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
black salt
1/4
tsp
cumin powder
1/2
tsp
red chili powder
coriander leaves

green chili
Instructions
Take 1 cup of fresh curd.
Whisk it well.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt in it. Followed by red chili powder, black salt and cumin powder.
Time to add vegetables- onion, tomato and cucumber. You can also add grated carrot.
Add finely chopped green chili and coriander leaves.
Mix all the things nicely.
Mix Veg Raita is ready to serve.

• Use fresh curd.
• You can skip any veggies if you want.
