Instructions
Take ginger, Tulsi leaves, green cardamom and big cardamom in a mortar pestle.
Coarsely crush it.
Take a pan, add 2 cups of water.
Add bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, cloves and crushed mixture in it.
Also, add black pepper powder. If you have peppercorns, then add 2-3 while crushing other spices.
Turn the flame high and allow it to boil. Once it starts boiling reduce the flame to low and boil it for 10 mins.
Turn off the flame. Transfer it to cup/glass. Allow it to cool down slightly.
Kadha is ready.
Notes
Do not use an aluminum or non-stick pan for this. Use only a steel container.
