Take a mixing bowl and add mashed paneer toit.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes.
Add vegetables of your choice: carrot, french beans, and capsicum.
Add green chilies and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Add about 2-3 tbsp of bread crumbs.
Put salt as per your taste and a pinch of black salt.
Mix all the things nicely.
Take a small portion from the dough and start making Tikki.
Press a little in the center and stuff some dry fruits in it.
Roll to make it round cutlet and then flatten it. Take some more mixture if require but make smooth cutlet.
Likewise, prepare all the cutlets.
Heat a pan and apply butter on it.
Place all the cutlets on it and pan fry on low medium flame.
Flip it after 5 minutes and fry on another side as well.
Once done, take it out ona paper towel.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
