Ingredients
  

For Sandwich

  • 4 bread slices brown/ white
  • butter as required

For Stuffing

  • 50 ml hung curd
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
  • 5-6 no french beans finely chopped
  • black pepper powder a pinch
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

Preparing Stuffing

  • Take a bowl, put hung curd in it.
  • Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise to this.
  • Now, add chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum, french beans, and cucumber.
  • to this, add black pepper powder
  • Last but not least add salt in it.
  • Mix all the things nicely. Stuffing is ready.

Preparing Sandwich

  • Take bread slices of your choice(brown/white). It should be edge free.
  • Apply butter on one side of bread.
  • Now, spread stuffing to one bread.
  • Cover it by another bread slice.
  • Curd Sandwich is ready to eat.

Notes

Tips:
• Use thick and fresh curd.
• Add vegetables of your choice.
• If the curd is sour, add 1 tbsp of sugar.
• You can increase the number of ingredients as per the number of people.
