For Besan Dosa
- 1 cup gram flour besan
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
For stuffing
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 100 gm panner grated
- chat masala
- red chili powder
- water
In a bowl, add gram flour.
To this add turmeric powder and salt.
With the help of water, make a semi thick batter. Make sure to add water in batches- this will prevent lumps in the batter.
Heat a pan and 2 scoops of serving spoon on it.
Spread the dosa in round shape. Do not apply much force to spread the batter. While spreading, keep the flame low.
Apply ghee on the dosa. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add stuffing to it. spread evenly.
Cook for 2 more minutes. Besan Dosa is ready to eat.
