Ingredients
  

For Besan Dosa

  • 1 cup gram flour besan
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt

For stuffing

  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 100 gm panner grated
  • chat masala
  • red chili powder
  • water

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add gram flour.
  • To this add turmeric powder and salt.
  • With the help of water, make a semi thick batter. Make sure to add water in batches- this will prevent lumps in the batter.
  • Heat a pan and 2 scoops of serving spoon on it.
  • Spread the dosa in round shape. Do not apply much force to spread the batter. While spreading, keep the flame low.
  • Apply ghee on the dosa. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add stuffing to it. spread evenly.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes. Besan Dosa is ready to eat.
