ToggleVeg Kulcha Sandwich: Stuffed Kulcha: Kulcha Sandwich: easy, quick and tasty breakfast and snack recipe for all aged people.
Veg Kulcha Sandwich is basically a sandwich dish that is different from other sandwich recipes as in this we are placing stuff in between the kulchas. These are very easy to make. You can prepare in just 30 minutes including chopping the raw materials.
This is quite a different recipe from the regular sandwich so you can also impress your guests with this unique dish. Also, you can serve this on birthday or kitty parties. Kids will definitely love this.
Discussing the recipe in detail: I used butter for sautee but you can replace it with ghee or oil. I used chopper here to chop the vegetables as with these vegetables got finely chopped and can be merged into one other.
Moving to next, I used mashed paneer rather than grating it because mashed paneer includes some chunks of paneer which will definitely give the nice and chunky taste. In spices, turmeric powder is used for good color but use it in a small amount. Followed by black pepper powder which gives a vibrant spicy flavor. Suggesting you avoid red chili powder as we already use green chilies while chopping vegetables. Also, red chili powder gives a pungent spicy flavor and here we want just a little spicy.
At last, I added tomato ketchup for the little tangy flavor.
While preparing sandwich I grease the one side of kulcha with eggless mayonnaise as this gives our sandwich a creamy flavor and also absorbs the extra flavor of stuffing. Using regular kulchas here but for a more healthy option, you can opt for wheat flour kulchas.
Last but not least, cook it on medium-high heat as all the stuffing is already well cooked. We just need to give a crispy and crunchy texture to the sandwich. But make sure that it will not get burnt.
Some tips need to be kept in mind for the best results like Use fresh kulchas and good quality of paneer.
