Instant Besan Dosa is a quick version of dosa for the people who love south Indian food. There are many points which makes this dish much lovable like:

We are very much aware of the health benefits of gram flour-like helps in weight loss, helps in skin glowing, lowers diabetes, maintains heart health, etc.
So, this must be a needed ingredient for our diet and no doubt we can make a number of things with this like Dhokla, Khandvi, Kadhi, Pakora, etc and all have several benefits on their own way.
Step by step instructions
- In a bowl, add gram flour.
- To this add turmeric powder and salt.
- With the help of water, make a semi-thick batter.

- Heat a pan and 2 scoops of serving spoon on it.
- Spread the dosa in round shape. Do not apply much force to spread the batter. While spreading, keep the flame low.
- Add stuffing to it. Spread evenly.
- Cook for 2 more minutes. Besan Dosa is ready to eat.

Ingredients
For Besan Dosa
- 1 cup gram flour besan
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
For stuffing
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 100 gm panner grated
- chat masala
- red chili powder
- water
Instructions
- In a bowl, add gram flour.
- To this add turmeric powder and salt.
- With the help of water, make a semi thick batter. Make sure to add water in batches- this will prevent lumps in the batter.
- Heat a pan and 2 scoops of serving spoon on it.
- Spread the dosa in round shape. Do not apply much force to spread the batter. While spreading, keep the flame low.
- Apply ghee on the dosa. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add stuffing to it. spread evenly.
- Cook for 2 more minutes. Besan Dosa is ready to eat.
