Republic Day Special Tricolour Dhokla Recipe

1 cup semolina 1 cup curd 1 cup water  Salt to taste. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts

Mix carrot puree for orange. Spinach puree for green. Add 1 tsp fruit salt(eno) in all layers

Place the green layer in tin & cook for 5 minutes.

Place the orange layer & cook for 5 minutes.

Place the white layer & cook for 5 minutes.

1 tsp oil 1 green chili  Handful of curry leaves 1 tsp sesame seeds.

Spread on dhokla. Ready to eat.
